Rob Wilson has been in the concrete business for 40 years. In his role as Vice President, Construction Supply, Rob is responsible for all aspects of our ready-mix concrete and block and masonry business segments. He oversees manufacturing operations, personnel, facilities, logistics, business development, quality and continuous improvement, and environmental health and safety initiatives.

As a results-oriented leader, Rob focuses on enhancing the R.W. Sidley brand by creating strategic value for the markets in which we operate. Rob has a clear sense of the construction industry’s dynamics and opportunities, and he executes actions that ensure customers’ outcomes match or exceed their expectations.

Rob holds various certifications from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and is a certified Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Concrete Technician. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Ohio Concrete Association’s (OCA) Board of Directors.

Working at R.W. Sidley, Rob most appreciates the family atmosphere and the opportunity to make a difference. He was once told, “The most important decision you will ever make is who you marry.” Today, Rob cherishes spending time with his wife Laura, their two golden retrievers, and their family. He is an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes football fan who enjoys boating and fishing on Lake Erie, camping, and tackling a good home improvement project.
