You are eligible if you are a Full-time employee at R.W. Sidley (and certain subsidiaries) who has satisfied the waiting period.
R.W. Sidley (and certain subsidiaries) offer a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plan with networks based on where you live/work. The plans offered are very generous and have very competitive coverage and employee contributions.
Prescription Drug Coverage
If you enroll in R.W. Sidley’s medical plan, you get your prescription drug coverage through an industry-leading pharmacy benefits manager who contracts with the medical plan.

R.W. Sidley-ONLY offers a wellness program that incentivizes participants to receive preventative screenings, promoting a healthier and happier workforce. Subject to certain age restrictions, R.W. Sidley covers 100% of eligible expenses for the following preventative screenings once per calendar year: Annual Wellness Exam, Mammogram, Lipid Profile (Cholesterol), Pap Smear, and Colonoscopy. R.W. Sidley provides tools and resources to help you achieve your well-being needs at no cost to you. Whether you prefer the support of a coach or want to use online resources, R.W. Sidley provides you a variety of programs to help you work on achieving health goals.
